Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and invoicing for medicines and products using billing software (e.g., Marg, Pharmasoft, or equivalent).

• Accept payments in cash, UPI, or card and provide correct change/bill to customers.

• Verify and tally daily cash collection and prepare cash reports.

• Issue GST bills when requested and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain daily sales register and petty cash book.

• Assist in inventory check at billing counter and inform for reordering.

• Coordinate with the sales/dispenser team to ensure smooth customer service.

• Handle customer queries or complaints politely and direct them to the right person.

• Ensure counter is clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Commerce or accountancy background preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a medical shop or pharmacy billing counter (Freshers may apply).

• Skills:

  • Basic computer and billing software knowledge

  • Accuracy in cash handling

  • Good communication skills

  • Trustworthy and punctual
