Job Title: Café Cashier & Manager

Reports to: Owner / Area Manager
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic individual to handle both Cashier and Managerial responsibilities at our café. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, handle billing and customer service, supervise staff, and ensure smooth café functioning.
Manage the café’s day-to-day operations, including staff coordination, cleanliness, and service standards
Handle customer orders and operate the POS system for billing
Collect payments via cash, card, or digital methods and issue receipts accurately
Maintain cash register, perform end-of-day cash closing, and record daily sales
Monitor inventory and place orders for stock and supplies as needed
Supervise and support café staff including waiters, kitchen staff, and housekeeping
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries or complaints professionally
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety standards
Track and report daily/weekly sales and expenses to the owner
Implement promotional ideas and contribute to business growth
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Familiarity with billing systems and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS)
Honest, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
