The ideal candidate will be proficient in Dealer Management System (DMS) operations and ensure accurate and timely billing, documentation, and coordination with sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage invoices through the DMS system for vehicle sales and services

• Maintain and verify billing records in compliance with company standards

• Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation and payments

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all billing-related paperwork

• Support the sales team in tracking customer billing and delivery status

• Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports

• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

• Prior experience in automobile billing and DMS (preferred)

• Strong computer skills, especially with DMS and MS Excel

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills
