Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install office furniture such as workstations, desks, chairs, cabinets, partitions, and storage units as per design specifications.

• Work on customized wooden fittings, panels, and fixtures for interior design projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution.

• Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and other materials.

• Ensure proper finishing, polishing, and durability of furniture pieces.

• Repair, refurbish, and maintain existing furniture and wooden structures when required.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Follow safety guidelines, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized workshop/site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the office furniture and interior designing industry.

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, machines, and materials (wood, laminates, MDF, etc.).

• Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into finished products.

• Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and precision in work.

• Physical stamina and ability to work on-site for installations.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualification:

• Minimum 6 months –5 years of relevant carpentry experience.

• ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or related vocational training (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled).
