Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable production tasks.
Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Manage post-delivery support and follow-ups.
Operations & Coordination:

Oversee day-to-day operations of custom furniture orders from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate with production, design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and production trackers.
Manage vendor relationships for outsourced fabrication or materials.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and material specifications.
Logistics & Inventory:

Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
Track shipments and manage inventory related to ongoing projects.
Assist in scheduling site visits and managing installations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in operations/client servicing in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.
Ability to handle field visits and site coordination as needed.
Ability to read auto cad filesPreferred:

Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and timelines.
Experience in working with carpenters, designers, and production teams.
Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken).
