Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team of beauty professionals. The Salon Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing staff performance, and driving the overall profitability and success of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Service:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the salon.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.

• Resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Manage appointment schedules and handle walk-ins.

Team Management:

• Hire, train, and supervise salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and receptionists.

• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.

• Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

• Motivate and lead the team to meet service and sales goals.

Sales & Marketing:

• Drive sales of salon services and retail products.

• Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

• Organize promotional events, loyalty programs, and special offers.

Inventory & Supplies:

• Monitor inventory of products and equipment.

• Order and restock supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash flow and manage POS system.

• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and meet revenue targets.

• Minimize operational costs without compromising service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role (2–5 years preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Good understanding of salon software (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, Fresha).

• Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control.

• Certification in cosmetology or relevant field (preferred but not always required).

Working Conditions:

• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
