Job Title: Floor Supervisor (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Floor Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon floor. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff efficiently, and handle the cash counter and records with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor staff, including beauticians, hairdressers, and helpers, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline across the salon floor.

• Manage the cash counter — handle client billing, process payments, and perform daily cash closing.

• Maintain service and sales records in MS Excel (including daily collections, staff performance reports, and product sales).

• Handle client bookings, manage appointments, and attend to walk-in customers efficiently.

• Train and guide staff on grooming standards, customer interaction, and service quality.

• Coordinate with the management team for stock updates, product requirements, and staff scheduling.

• Provide daily activity and cash reports to the Salon Manager or Owner.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• 2–4 years of experience in a salon, spa, or customer service supervisory role

• Strong experience in team supervision and customer handling

• Proficient in MS Excel for data entry, billing, and service tracking

• Ability to independently manage the cash counter

• Good communication skills in English and local language (Bengali/Hindi)

• Well-groomed, punctual, friendly, and confident personality
