We are looking for a Hairdresser to join our team at Pearl Salon to provide Haircut, such as hairstyling/ Hair colour/ hair treatment / hair highlights.. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
• client consultation
• Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, hair colors, and haircare routines.
• Maintain client records and manage inventory.
• Promote relevant beauty products and services.
• Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with hair care treatments like nanoplastia, botox, keratin Hair highlights hair color and hair spa etc. is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in hair Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
