Job Title: Experienced Beauty Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team at Qualita Salon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in providing professional beauty services and a strong understanding of skin care and wellness treatments

We want someone who is passionate about beauty, confident in her skills, and committed to delivering a great client experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform beauty treatments including

Facials (basic and advanced

Waxing (full body, face, etc.

Threading

Manicures & Pedicure

Clean-ups, Bleaching, Detanning, etc

Analyze skin types and recommend suitable treatments

Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at all times

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Upsell relevant products and salon services when appropriate

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa

Strong practical knowledge of skin care treatments and beauty services

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology (preferred, not mandatory)

Must be punctual, well-groomed, and a team player
