* Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized services.

* Manage appointments and ensure timely service.

* Upsell salon/spa services and retail beauty products.

* Stay updated on beauty trends, new techniques, and product knowledge.

* Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and professional etiquette.

### **Qualifications & Skills**

* Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role.

* Certification/diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.

* Good knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and equipment.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Professional attitude, grooming, and hygiene.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
