As a Ticketing Executive at Aspire Square, you will be the backbone of our reservation process—managing both domestic and international air ticket bookings. You will liaise with airlines, GDS systems, and ground partners to secure the best fares, ensure error-free itineraries, and provide proactive solutions to our clients’ travel needs.
Air Ticketing: Process and issue domestic & international airline tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
Fare & Schedule Research: Analyze fare rules, promotions, alliances, and schedules to identify cost-effective options.
Booking Management: Handle reservations, re-issuances, cancellations, endorsements, and refunds; maintain accurate PNR records.
Client Liaison: Communicate flight confirmations, itinerary changes, and travel advisories to clients in a timely manner.
Quality Control: Review all ticketing documentation for accuracy (names, dates, fare basis, taxes) and compliance with airline policies.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot booking errors, flight irregularities, missed connections, and last-minute changes.
Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily sales and inventory reports; reconcile ticketing invoices and refunds.
