Job Title: Tender Assistant/ Tender Executive/ Tender Coordination

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (as per experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Assistant to support tender management activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, handling online bid submissions, coordinating with departments, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and track government tenders
Prepare tender documentation
Upload bids on GeM, nProcure, CPPP, and other portals
Maintain tender records and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents
Handle email communication and follow-ups

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of GeM/nProcure/CPPP portals
Good MS Excel and MS Office skills
Strong documentation and communication skills
Attention to detail
