We are hiring Tally Support Executives to assist customers in using Tally software effectively. The role includes resolving user queries, helping with installation and usage, providing guidance on Tally features, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality support.
Provide support to Tally users through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
Troubleshoot issues related to Tally installation, configuration, usage, and functionality
Guide users with clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve problems
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Document all issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the support system
Report bugs or software glitches to the concerned team
Train customers on best practices for using Tally effectively
Assist users in installing updates, patches, and new Tally versions
Educate customers on keeping Tally up to date
Coordinate routine tasks like backup, data optimization, and software maintenance
Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
Create simple user guides, FAQs, and tutorials for customers
Conduct training sessions or webinars on Tally features
Ensure quality standards in every support interaction
Collect user feedback to identify improvement areas
Review support performance and suggest enhancements
Excellent communication skills (English + regional language)
Strong problem-solving ability
Good customer service attitude

Ability to troubleshoot functional issues in Tally
Knowledge of Tally modules is mandatory
Basic accounting knowledge (must have)
