Job Title: Supervisor (Excel Knowledge Required)
Location: Sahibabad

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain records, and support reporting activities. Candidates with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel are preferred. Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Excel.
Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Track inventory, attendance, or operational data as required.
Communicate with team members and management regarding work progress.
Identify and resolve routine operational issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management, and reporting).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior supervisory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
