The Purchase Manager will oversee and manage all procurement activities for SEL Properties, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. This role involves developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, optimizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies to support construction, operations, and administrative functions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or hospitality.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of construction materials, hospitality supplies, and market pricing trends.
Proficiency in ERP or Tally systems for procurement and inventory tracking.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
