Job Brief:
The Purchase Coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of purchase
orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring merchandise is reordered as needed. This role
supports the sales team with special orders, product research, and serves as the primary point of
contact for associates regarding product and order status inquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Reconcile customer material billing.
•
Process all company purchases from suppliers.
•
Reconcile invoices with purchase order price variances.
•
Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Track and report material backorders from vendors.
• Analyze data and forecast requirements in coordination with vendors.
•
Maintain and generate detailed reports.
• Track and trace shipments and freight.
•
Perform data entry as required.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
•
Highly organized and detail oriented.
•
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
•
Proficiency in Tally.
•
Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•
Capable of multitasking and performing in a fast-paced environment under tight
deadlines.
•
Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.
•
Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours, including weekends if needed.
