Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase cum Store Executive to join our electrical machine manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase of electrical components and maintaining efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase of raw materials, components, and electrical parts

• Identify reliable vendors and manage vendor relationships

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines

• Maintain accurate inventory records using store management systems

• Ensure timely availability of materials for production

• Inspect incoming materials and coordinate returns for defective items

• Coordinate with accounts, production, and quality teams

• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, invoices, and purchase orders

• Ensure compliance with company procurement and storage policies

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical components and industrial materials

• Hands-on experience in purchase & store management

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge of ERP or inventory software

• Attention to detail and record-keeping

• Ability to handle multiple vendors and fast-paced supply requirements
