Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to manage our procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management. The candidate will be responsible for vendor registration and tender application on platforms like GeM, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and similar portals. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience and be proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Procure all necessary inputs, including logistics, raw materials, plastic and metal items, machinery spares, office equipment, software, DG set spares, and security services.

·         Develop and maintain a database of vendor suppliers, tracking performance, and rating.

·         Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

·         Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

·         Manage subcontracting activities.

·         Follow up on payments and resolve any discrepancies.

·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

·         Identify and apply for tenders through various government and private portals.

·         Manage IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and similar e-commerce portals for lead generation, order processing, and customer inquiries.

·         Prepare and submit required documents, follow up on tender applications, and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines

·         Oversee portal management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on procurement portals and websites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Should be female.

·         Age between 21 to 35 years.

·         Bachelor's degree in any field.

·         Fluency in English (mandatory).

·         Proficient in MS Office and database management.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Experience with tendering and portal management is desirable.

 Work Experience:

·           2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
