Experience : 1 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential vendors based on required product specifications.

Collect and evaluate quotes from multiple vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct basic vendor evaluation based on quality, reliability, and price.

Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain purchase records and update internal systems accordingly.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Internet browsing.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand basic technical/product specifications.

Additional Requirements:

Candidate should be able to understand basic product features and specifications to ensure accurate procurement.

A proactive approach to vendor management and issue resolution.
