*Job Title:* SOP Specialist/Process Expert

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced SOP Specialist/Process Expert to develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for our e-commerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and creating efficient and scalable SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for various departments, including warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics

- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SOPs that meet those needs

- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures

- Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand and follow SOPs

- Continuously review and update SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective

- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field

- Proven track record of developing and implementing SOPs that have improved operational efficiency and reduced costs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience in e-commerce or a related industry

- Certification in process improvement or operations management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations
