Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Fresher) to join our purchase team. As a fresher, you will support the purchasing process by assisting with vendor coordination, order tracking, and documentation. This is a great opportunity to start your career in supply chain and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on quotations, deliveries, and order confirmations.

• Maintain and update vendor and product databases.

• Help with documentation, invoice processing, and filing purchase-related paperwork.

• Assist in resolving order issues such as delays or discrepancies.

• Learn and comply with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Only Bachelor’s degree in Engineering especially (Mechanical)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role.

• Working closely with senior purchase staff and other departments.

• Training and guidance will be provided.
