As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensuring smooth material supply and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per organizational requirements, especially related to EV components, lab equipment, and technical instruments.

• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best cost and quality.

• Monitor stock levels of essential items and ensure timely replenishment.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor agreements, and documentation.

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in procurement activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand purchasing needs.

• Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, terms, and deliveries.

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with supply or quality.

• Track delivery schedules and coordinate logistics for inbound shipments.

• Support monthly procurement reporting and budgeting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Prior experience (1–3 years) in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the education, training, or EV industry.

• Knowledge of sourcing technical products, lab equipment, or industrial components is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good analytical and market research abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
