Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Support the procurement team in sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.

Process purchase orders and track their status, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Maintain and update procurement records, including vendor information, pricing, and contracts.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to procurement activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding procurement matters.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and procedures.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with email communication and professional correspondence.

Familiarity with sales skills and negotiation techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
