JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing and Procurement: Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase
materials from vendors.
2. Negotiation: Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks to reduce
procurement costs.
3. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and
commercial.
4. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships
with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and manage potential issues.
5. Inventory Management: Working with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure
optimal inventory levels.
6. Quality Assurance: Collaborating with quality control teams to address any quality
issues raised by suppliers.
7. Administrative Tasks: Managing purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant
documentation.
JOB SKILLS:
• Minimum Diploma Level and above.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
