We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase & Order Executive to join our team. The role involves managing order processing, coordinating shipments, maintaining stock records, and supporting inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, communicative, and capable of handling e-commerce tools and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage purchase and order data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Monitor and update product listings and details on our website and on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify.

• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with logistics partners.

• Track stock levels and assist in inventory management and verification.

• Work closely with the Senior Executive to ensure stock availability and timely ordering.

• Review and verify incoming orders and ensure smooth processing.

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners in a timely and professional manner.

• Operate relevant e-commerce and inventory software with ease.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Shopify.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, energetic, and able to multitask.

• Comfortable using computers and software tools for inventory/order management.
