We are hiring a skilled and driven Procurement Executive with proven experience in aviation or aerospace procurement, preferably in Defense Air Force or Civil Aviation projects.

This is a critical role supporting our supply chain operations for high-precision aviation programs. The candidate must understand the unique quality, traceability, and regulatory demands of the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure aviation-grade parts, materials, and services in compliance with industry and organizational standards.

• Coordinate with approved aviation vendors, internal stakeholders, and inspection teams to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, RFQs, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.

• Maintain and update a qualified supplier database, assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.

• Monitor procurement timelines and escalate any delays or non-compliance to senior managers.

• Support documentation, ensure audit readiness, and follow regulatory guidelines from bodies like DGCA, HAL, DRDO, etc.

• Ensure procurement activities align with AS9100/FAA/ISO standards where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in aviation or aerospace procurement is mandatory.

• Familiarity with aviation quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., AS9100, FAA, DGCA).

• Strong skills in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and supply chain coordination.

• High attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline.
