Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with 3-4 years of experience to support our procurement operations in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchase order management, preferably with exposure to Defence Airforce/Civil Aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing aviation-related materials, parts, and services as per company requirements and standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order placement, delivery, comparatives, and quality compliance.

Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation accurately.

Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database for aviation components and services.

Track procurement status, update records, and report to senior procurement managers.

Follow up on supplier performance and resolve minor supply chain issues.

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and assist in audit preparations.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to aviation or aerospace industry procurement is a plus.

Knowledge of aviation quality standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, AS9100) will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of cost analysis and supplier evaluation techniques.
