Role Overview:

The Product Purchase Executive will assist in managing procurement activities related to corporate gifting, promotional materials, office supplies, and product-related purchases. The role demands attention to detail, vendor coordination, and timely execution of purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end procurement process for corporate gifting, promotional materials, and other office requirements.

• Identify and liaise with vendors to obtain quotations and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documents.

• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for timely delivery.

• Maintain procurement records, vendor lists, and purchase reports.

• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and audit documentation.

• Research market trends to explore new vendor opportunities.
