Job Title: Junior Purchase Executive
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to assist with day-to-day procurement activities. The role involves sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of purchasing processes, good negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers

• Collect and compare quotations

• Prepare and process purchase orders

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

• Support inventory management and stock control

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

• Basic understanding of procurement processes

• Good communication and MS Excel skills

• Freshers or 0–1 year of experience preferred
