Project Cordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Female Project Coordinator to support project execution through effective communication, documentation, and coordination between the office and project sites. This role involves regular follow-up calls, professional email correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and on-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls with clients, and site teams to resolve issues.

• Draft and send professional emails for updates, reminders, clarifications, receiving's and documentation sharing.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and status updates.

• Maintain proper records of correspondence, approvals, and project milestones.

• Support in compiling and submitting reports to management and clients.

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments and field teams.
