Process Coordinator

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our team at Leshrac Electricals Pvt. Ltd.

This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Take regular follow-ups with staff to ensure timely task completion.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (any stream) with 0–1 year of experience.

Must have good knowledge of Basic & Advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Good communication and coordination skills.
