Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
● Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring alignment with key business priorities.
● Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
● Monitor and follow up on tasks, projects, and commitments to ensure timely execution.
● Assist in coordinating corporate events, board meetings, and special projects.
● Perform general administrative support including email management, correspondence, and document preparation.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Chief-level executives.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
