Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical).
Assist with expense tracking and budget management.
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledge of project management tools/software.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
