Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.

• Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other compensation components.

• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for management and regulatory authorities.

• Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of necessary payroll documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to employees.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
