We are hiring skilled professionals across multiple backend operations functions to support trading, compliance, research, and settlement activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Available Roles

1. Wealth Management Research Associate

– Conduct research on equities, ETFs, crypto, and mutual funds

– Track market trends, evaluate opportunities, and prepare reports

2. Trade Operations & Settlement Associate

– Execute and reconcile trades across asset classes

– Coordinate settlements, resolve breaks, and ensure regulatory compliance

3. Tax Compliance Associate

– Handle GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax filings

– Manage reconciliations, documentation, audits, and tax notices

4. Asset Servicing Associate

– Process corporate actions like dividends, rights, mergers, and redemptions

– Reconcile entitlements and maintain audit-compliant records

5. Corporate Actions Associate

– Validate corporate action events and coordinate with custodians

– Post entitlements and resolve exceptions in client accounts

6. Trading Infrastructure Associate

– Monitor trading systems, OMS/EMS, APIs, and connectivity

– Support upgrades, UAT, incident handling, and system stability
