Monitor and update purchase orders, supplier communication, and inventory levels
Coordinate logistics schedules and track deliveries to ensure on‑time dispatch and receipt
Maintain expense logs and AMC/service‑contract calendars, sending timely renewal alerts
Prepare and archive operational documents— invoices, e‑way bills, GST filings, import papers
Enforce SOPs for procurement, quality checks, dispatch, returns, and record each stage
Handle office administration: stationery & stock ordering, visitor & courier management, facility upkeep requests
Organise and digitise all records for rapid retrieval, audit readiness, and compliance backups
Compile weekly operations & admin reports and suggest cost‑saving, efficiency‑boosting improvements
