Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth business functioning.
Coordinate between internal teams (sales, finance, compliance, customer support, technology) to streamline workflows.
Monitor transactions, processes, and system operations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Handle vendor coordination, onboarding, and operational support.
Support customer onboarding and service delivery processes, ensuring timely resolution of operational queries.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Assist in audits, reconciliations, and data validation to ensure operational integrity.
Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, financial services, or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with technology tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services is an added advantage.
