Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support:

  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, reports, and contracts.

  • Tracking project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources, and identifying potential risks or delays.

  • Coordinating and managing administrative tasks for technical projects to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.

• Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into understandable terms.

  • Coordinating and preparing for meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions

  • Liaising between different departments and relaying business-related information.

• Administrative and Technical Tasks:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data collection, classification, and archiving.

  • Assisting with drafting administrative documents and obtaining and reviewing information.

  • Handling logistical arrangements for project activities and travel.

  • Collecting and analyzing data for reports and program improvement.

  • Maintaining project records, including inventory logs, delivery records, and timesheet.
