Key Responsibilities
Assist in order processing – from receiving purchase orders to ensuring timely dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory management and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Liaise with the sales team to update order status and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and manage invoices, delivery challans, and related documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
Handle customer service queries related to deliveries, product availability, and returns.
Support logistics coordination for timely delivery across multiple regions.
Assist in data entry, reporting, and filing of operational documents.
