ऑपरेशन मैनेजर

Company Profile: SAT n paper is an 8-year-old company engaged in providing online tutoring for standardized tests to students in India and abroad. The current team size is 400+ retainers.

US timings - 4 AM to 11 AM (+ 1 hour in evening only on WhatsApp)
UK timings - 6 PM to 1 AM
General Shift - 10 AM to 9 PM (2 hours break in between)

1. Student Enrollment and Class Management:

• Content mail/courier.

• First session links should be shared and share other class links as applicable.

• Make sure the classes start on time by coordinating with the student and tutor.

• Group class management.

• Aligning attendance for group sessions.

2. Student Progress, Communication & Escalations:

• Tracking student progress and raising flags.

• Answering messages the Prep Manager cannot handle.

• Monitoring WhatsApp group messages.

• Attending PTMs with the SSO and in their absence..

• Conducting daily review meetings and huddles.

• Raise early escalations of non-compliant students and share the list with SSO.

3. Student Prep & Tutor Management:

• Tutor alignment for new students.

• Informing tutors about new students.

• Coordinating invigilated mocks.

• Handling tutor coordination and adding tutors to WhatsApp groups.

4. Data & ERP Management:

• ERP data management, scheduling classes, and updating progress.

• Software updates.

• Data management (collation of results, break details).

• Updating data.

5. Train and Team Coordination:

• Training new Ops Managers and Prep Managers.

• Handling Prep Manager duties in their absence.

• Approving leave applications for Prep Managers.

• Daily team huddles and review meetings with Prep Managers.

• Assisting Prep Managers with student action plans.

• Escalating team concerns to the SSO if required.

• Supporting Prep Managers during breaks or leaves.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
