This is a highly hands-on role responsible for ensuring that the WEFARM quality promise—maximum freshness and accurate orders—is delivered every single time. You will manage the heart of our Q-Commerce operation, owning everything that happens from the moment fresh produce arrives at the dark store until it leaves for the customer.
Inventory & Quality Control (QC) • Own the end-to-end inventory management (inbound, storage, cycle counts) to ensure near-100% stock accuracy. • Implement strict quality control protocols for fresh produce, including temperature monitoring, grading, and minimizing spoilage/shrinkage. • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards within the dark store premises. II. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch • Design and optimize the picking, packing, and staging process for maximum speed (e.g., meeting 15-minute dispatch targets). • Manage daily manpower planning, rostering, and training for the picking/packing team. III. Last-Mile Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Last-Mile Optimization Lead, ensuring rapid dispatch to e-cart drivers. • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact delivery speed or order accuracy
