Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Processing
Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when needed
Address order-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Team & Task Coordination
Assign tasks and projects to team members based on workload and priorities
Monitor task completion and ensure accountability
Facilitate communication between departments to improve workflow
Conduct regular team meetings and status updates
Assist with operational planning, scheduling, and forecasting
Generate regular reports on operations, team performance, and KPIs
