We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, client servicing, and workforce management in our manpower supply business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment, deployment, compliance, and client satisfaction while leading and motivating the operations team.
Manage end-to-end operations of manpower supply including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
Monitor manpower deployment at client sites and address day-to-day operational challenges.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.) in coordination with HR & payroll team.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare MIS reports (attendance, billing, payroll, staffing levels) and present to management.
Work with recruitment team to ensure timely sourcing and onboarding of required manpower.
Train, mentor, and monitor field officers/supervisors for effective site-level management.
Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with clients for future projections.
Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration / HR / Operations or related field.
2-6 years of proven experience in manpower supply / staffing / facility management industry.
Strong knowledge of statutory & compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and workforce management software/tools.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
