Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive / Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding facility maintenance and management services for multi-site retail, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining properties, overseeing manpower deployment, ensuring customer satisfaction, recruiting operational staff, and driving long-term service contracts related to property maintenance and capital improvements.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations related to facility maintenance across multiple sites.
• Allocate and manage manpower efficiently based on project/site needs.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure operational standards are met.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and stock levels for equipment and consumables.
• Manage conflict resolution between teams, clients, and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Recruit and train ground-level and supervisory staff as required.
• Implement strategic initiatives to optimize service delivery and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and company standards across all sites.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding site performance and client feedback.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and expansion.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Procurement) to support operational needs.
Education/Certification Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Operations, Facility Management, or a related field.
