Sunoh is a healthcare initiative under Medepic Healthcare, focused on bringing essential medical services to people’s doorsteps. From home nursing and physiotherapy to diagnostics, consultations, and healthcare products, we are working to bridge the gaps in community healthcare delivery.

Role: Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager who can coordinate daily activities, troubleshoot on-ground issues, and ensure smooth delivery of services.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Sunoh (calls, scheduling, home visits, clinic support, local visits)

Coordinate with nurses, paramedical staff, vendors, and consultants

Ensure timely follow-ups with patients and clients

Troubleshoot issues in service delivery and provide quick solutions

Maintain basic records of operations, payments, and client feedback

Support in organizing small camps, awareness sessions, and clinic-based consultations

Requirements

Graduate (any stream) preferred

Strong communication and people management skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Prior experience in healthcare/operations/customer service is a plus

Basic computer and mobile app skills (WhatsApp, Excel, email)

Should be dedicated, reliable, and proactive
