Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager (Centre Head) with a strong background in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and management skills to oversee operations, drive admissions, and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Salary Bracket: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives & Travel Allowance
Key Responsibilities
Overall Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the center
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
Budget Management: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and evaluate instructors and administrative staff
Program Development: Oversee educational programs to maintain quality and relevance
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute strategies to increase admissions and enhance visibility
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality standards for education and services
Performance Evaluation: Track and report center performance against KPIs
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on achievements and challenges
Community Engagement: Develop partnerships with local businesses and institutions
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements
Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving enrollment and revenue targets
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the education industry with leadership responsibilities
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage admissions, staff, and center operations
Persuasive and convincing skills with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle pressure
Strong understanding of education sector trends and processes
