🎯 Role Objective

To oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across franchise units, ensure smooth coordination between departments, enforce company SOPs, and drive operational efficiency for business growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Operations Oversight

Monitor and support the daily activities of all franchise branches

Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and branding guidelines

Coordinate between central office and franchise partners to resolve operational issues

2. Process Improvement & SOP Implementation

Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements

Standardize operating procedures across locations

Conduct training sessions for franchise staff when necessary

3. Performance Monitoring

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of franchise units

Analyze operational reports and take corrective action as required

Conduct audits and mystery checks

4. Team Coordination

Collaborate with marketing, telecalling, and sales departments to ensure smooth customer journey

Supervise ground-level staff, logistics, and support services

5. Vendor & Inventory Management (if applicable)

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of necessary materials

6. Customer Service Oversight

Address customer escalations and ensure resolution

Implement customer satisfaction improvement strategies

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

3 to 5 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in franchising, retail, or service industry

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Willingness to travel across franchise locations if needed
