We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and supporting multiple departments including Sales, Finance, and Technology. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment. The position offers a ₹20000 - ₹35000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management
o Handle end-to-end operations for digital financial services (AEPS, BBPS, DMT, UPI, etc.). o Monitor and reconcile transactions on a daily basis.
o Coordinate with banks, partners, and vendors for issue resolution.
Compliance & Documentation
o Ensure all processes are compliant with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal policies.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
Reporting & Analysis
o Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
o Analyze transaction data to identify errors, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. o Provide timely reports to management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
o Identify gaps in operational processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
o Collaborate with the technology team to implement automation where possible.
o Standardize workflows and ensure consistency in execution.
Coordination & Support
o Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Tech, and Support teams.
o Handle escalations from internal teams and external clients with professionalism.
o Assist in onboarding new agents/partners by verifying and processing required documentation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations (preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services). Strong understanding of fintech products (AEPS, BBPS, DMT, Micro ATM, UPI, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
