Handle all trainer communications, scheduling, and rescheduling.
Coordinate during emergencies or sudden changes in session plans.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of all training sessions.
Maintain a clear and positive communication channel between instructors and the operations team.
Oversee student onboarding, attendance, and overall engagement.
Address and resolve student issues or concerns promptly.
Ensure a smooth and satisfying learning experience for every student.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student journey.
Monitor and maintain teaching quality in line with internal SOPs.
Identify, document, and report errors, gaps, or deviations from standards.
Work with trainers and management to implement corrective and improvement measures.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Track and analyze operational KPIs, trainer efficiency, and student satisfaction data.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
Ability to handle time-sensitive and high-priority tasks
Experience in operations, academic coordination, or EdTech management (preferred)
