Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day communication between students and instructors
Resolve student queries promptly with professionalism and empathy
Monitor and follow up on class schedules, attendance, and training progress
Assist in planning and execution of training sessions and operations
Maintain and manage student data, feedback, and reports
Support operational workflows to ensure smooth delivery of services
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall learning experience
Qualification:
MBA (Preferred in Operations, Administration, or Education Management)
